  • 10 push ups ( On knees of full body)

  • 10 lunges ( Each leg)

  • 10 tricep dips ( Using a chair or bench)

  • Cardio Burst ( 4-minutes)

  • Alternate between 1 minute of jumping rope or running in place and 1-minute of mountain climbers. Repeat Twice.
